“How to Have Difficult Conversations With Parents”
This presentation is geared towards child care providers and teachers and offers a structures perspective on effective and successful communication with parents and families. Addressing the two most common reasons providers have to speak with parents; developmental concerns and challenging behaviors, participants are asked to engage in a conversation and exploration about how to use this approach and site and explore specific cases that they are currently faced with.
