Self-care, especially during this pandemic, is more important than ever. Encouraging self-care for your staff and knowing that you support their emotional health is a strong retention strategy. This training will outline how to encourage employees to do self-care with concrete examples of how to encourage a culture that values staff and works to decrease burn out. Also covers administrative care techniques, individual self-care techniques, and techniques to encourage self-care in children.
