Key Note:  Ian Humphrey

Success has not always come easy for Ian Humphrey.

Born prematurely under very violent circumstances he began to navigate life and the unfortunate events thrown at him. This included a near-death experience, foster homes, abuse, loss of both parents and his eventual incarceration.

The turning point came while incarcerated when Ian met an educator that saw his potential, pushed him, believed in him and refused to give up. It was then that Ian became determined to get out of prison and lead a successful life.

After serving four years, Ian earned an early release and has only returned to encourage and inspire others.

Today, Ian uses the lessons he learned during the darkest moments of his life to help today’s youth overcome adversity and transform their own lives.

Along with youth presentations, Keynotes and workshops, Ian also delivers programs to educators, parents, businesses, and communities.

He is living, breathing proof that in life, it’s not about the knockdown, it’s about the get up.

Ian resides in Aurora Colorado with his wife, three daughters, and son. He is an author, partner of a successful metal fabrication company and the CEO of Be Ian-Spired, LLC.
