Jefferson County Public Health (JCPH) recently released the Jefferson County 2023 Community Health Assessment (CHA). which highlighted several strengths and areas of concern regarding the health of our community. But the data only tells part of the story.
Use your voice to elevate health priorities that impact you, your family, and your community. Every voice is needed, and we want to hear from Jeffco residents, community-based organizations, elected leaders, and healthcare providers. Reviewing the 2023 CHA will provide extensive additional information and context; however, your opinions on this survey are valuable based simply on your existing knowledge and personal experiences. The assessment and survey are available in both English and Spanish. When you open the link, the landing page will be in English, but once you select Spanish the entire survey will update in the language of your choice. The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey will be available until September 15.
