May 21, 2020 2nd Pick Up/Delivery for Face Masks for Child Care Providers

We had a great response for the first round of masks, we know many child care programs are still in need. We have set up two new dates to pick up, with delivery as a possibility.
These masks are for ADULTS, they are cloth and washable. The form asks for the number of staff and how many you anticipate needing. Please know we will do our best but are having to limit the number of masks we are giving out.
The masks are for any LICENSED child care program in the Triad area.
If you need them to be delivered, please also fill out the form and one of our staff will be in touch to deliver the masks to you.
